I research and select new technologies to best enable Tapstone's business goals, provide strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, best practices, design and deployment of new products and services, as well as forecast needs and future direction for technology plans across all departments.

Working with such a highly motivated and dedicated group of talented individuals.

Prior to joining the Tapstone team, I worked as Director of UI Engineering for a curated e-commerce shopping site, Uncovet/Science Inc. and as a Senior Software Engineer at Disney and Game Developer for Microsoft.

Ryan Rouse
Chief Operating Officer
As a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Tapstone, Ryan develops & cultivates relationships with key strategic partners, builds & manages new company initiatives, and oversees operational, compliance and legal best practices.
Previously, Ryan operationally co-built an investment advisory firm from a startup with $5 million in assets to a $1.5 billion firm as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer. Following this endeavor, Ryan launched a full-service firm providing investment and strategic advisory services to businesses.
Ryan is a licensed attorney in the State of California. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Pepperdine University School of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

My Role at Tapstone
I wear two distinct, but very integrated hats at Tapstone. As a creative executive, I oversee a very talented creative staff. As the EVP of Sales & Marketing, I oversee a team of highly experienced marketers that are responsible for driving Native for Performance content that converts. My role includes interfacing and strategizing with clients and internal teams, and producing all components of a successful performance campaign. From onboarding clients to content creation, to optimizing the perfect sales funnel for each client. I make it a point to ensure our ideas are always measured-down to the last penny.
My favorite part of the job
Each client is unique, and so are each of their campaigns. My favorite part of the job is becoming a "consumer" and challenging our teams to dig deep to create solutions for each of our client's needs.

I manage our cross-functional team to enable media buying results and campaign success. My responsibilities include prospecting and sourcing new strategic publisher partnerships, as well as tracking and analyzing KPI's to improve overall performance.
